  • This thesis focuses on the growing concerns surrounding data security generated by wearable medical devices, such as smartwatches, fitness trackers, and health monitors. These devices collect sensitive health-related information, often transmitted to cloud-based storage or healthcare systems for further analysis. The research investigates key vulnerabilities in these processes, including data interception, unauthorized access, and data breaches. A particular emphasis will be placed on developing a comprehensive framework that secures data at every stage: transmission, processing, and storage. This framework will employ blockchain, advanced encryption techniques, secure communication protocols, zero-knowledge proofs, and privacy-enhancing technologies like homomorphic encryption or differential privacy.
